How we keep information accurate
We check every fact at its source and show when we last checked it. Rules, numbers and opening hours change, so always check with the organisation itself before you rely on something. Read how we check facts.
Our directories
We check each organisation before we list it. A listing tells you what we checked. It doesn’t mean we have used its services, and we aren’t responsible for the help an organisation gives. You contact organisations directly, and we are never paid for a case.
Links to other websites
We link to other organisations’ websites to help you find support. We check each link, but we don’t control those sites or what they say.
