Contact us
If you need support with what happened to you, the organisations in our Support Directory are there to talk to you. We’re an information service, so we can’t give that support ourselves.
If you need help now
If you are in danger, call 999 for emergencies. If you can’t speak, you can still get help: how to make a silent 999 call.
For helplines and organisations you can contact yourself, wherever you live in the UK, go to our Support Directory.
Please don’t send us your story
We know it can take courage to reach out, and we don’t want you to tell your story to someone who can’t help with it. We aren’t trained to support you, and we can’t give advice on your situation.
To keep you safe, we don’t keep messages about what happened to anyone. If you do write to us about it, we’ll reply with places that can help, and then delete your message.
For organisations and professionals
Get in touch if you run a support service and want to be listed in our Support Directory. You can also get in touch to agree to your listing, to correct it or to ask us to remove it. Listing is free for support organisations, and we check every listing on your own website first. Read more about your listing.
If you’re a solicitor, a medical expert or a training provider, our professional directories are still being built. Read what’s coming for professionals.
If you’re a solicitor, you can apply to join our Legal Directory. Our directories for medical experts and training providers are still being built. Read what’s coming for professionals.

This email address is not a helpline. Please don’t send us details of what happened to you or to anyone else. If you need support, go to our Support Directory.
If something on this site is wrong
