Survivor hub / Support Directory
Abuse Support Network support directory
Organisations and helplines you can contact directly
The Abuse Support Network Support Directory lists charities, helplines and other organisations that help survivors and victims of abuse. You contact them yourself, using their own details: we never ask for your story. Choose a category to see the organisations that can help. We checked every listing against the organisation’s own website, and each one shows the date we did.
If you are in danger now
Call 999 for emergencies, or 101 to contact the police when it is not an emergency. If you need urgent police help but cannot speak: dial 999, listen to the operator's questions, cough or tap your device if you can, and if prompted press 55 to be put through to police (the Silent Solution).

About this directory
- The categories list organisations, not individual people. Listing is free for support organisations.
- An organisation can appear in more than one category.
- We check each listing at least every six months. Services and opening hours can change, so check the organisation’s own website too.
- If you are in danger now, see what to do.
Helplines you can call any time
These helplines are open 24 hours a day. Each card shows the details we checked, and when.
