Training on abuse claims and the law
This category will list training on the law behind abuse claims: civil claims for compensation, criminal injuries compensation and redress schemes. The rules differ between England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. For example, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) deals with claims for crimes in England, Wales and Scotland, and Northern Ireland has its own scheme.
